I’m Elizabeth, and I am a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner specializing in behavioral pediatric sleep. I will work with you to develop a personalized sleep plan so we can get everyone in your home better sleep.  Improving sleep is not just about what happens at bedtime. It's important to evaluate for mood or medical issues that may complicate sleep. In addition, we'll look at their schedule, environment, feeding/nutrition, and other factors that may affect sleep. Together, we'll take a big picture look at your child's sleep and determine if a behavioral approach to your challenges is right.

Every child is capable of having age-appropriate, healthy sleep habits. When your child gets restful sleep, he or she will be happier and thrive in her pursuit of growing, playing and learning. Developing sleep skills will profoundly impact not just your child, but also you as a parent.

As a parent you also deserve a good night’s sleep. Knowing your child is sleeping well allows you to get restful sleep so that you may approach your role as both a parent and everything else you do with more energy.

When children get restful sleep, they thrive.
