Elizabeth is a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner specializing in pediatric sleep and is also the founder of Sierra Nevada Sleep. Elizabeth has been providing direct patient care as a Family Nurse Practitioner since 2020 and has specialized in pediatric sleep since 2022. Specializing in pediatric sleep affords Elizabeth the opportunity to help families get the rest they need so both parents and children can thrive. Sleep has always been a passion of hers. Her enthusiasm is centered on knowing how critical restful sleep is to your child’s growth, development and ultimately, their ability to thrive.

Her mission is to help children get restful sleep. When children and parents get better sleep, families are happier and thrive. Outside of her work in pediatric sleep, she works part-time in family medicine/primary care. As a Primary Care Provider (PCP), I appreciate how quick visits are and how little time there can be to discuss sleep. There often isn't enough time to fully evaluate and address sleep challenges including how profoundly it impacts both you and your child. This is were she comes in.

Working with Elizabeth, you’ll get the best combination of sleep expertise, coach, and cheerleader. She lives in Reno, NV near the Sierra Nevada Mountains with her husband and daughter. These mountains are her backyard where she loves to hike, ski and bike.
