  1. After you schedule your first appointment, you will fill out a comprehensive sleep assessment that will allow us to get to know your family better and prepare for our first appointment.
  2. During our first appointment, we’ll have a conversation about what’s going on with your child’s sleep, screen for any medical or psychiatric conditions that may affect his or her sleep, and make a plan for how to fix the problem.
  3. You’ll walk away from your first appointment with a better understanding of the potential root causes of your child’s sleep issue and next steps. You will also receive recommendations that you may begin implementing right away. We will also provide any needed referrals to other professionals.
  4. Over our next visit(s) together, we will continue to work on a personalized and actionable plan to get your child sleeping better. We will troubleshoot and adjust our plan as necessary.
