Now the real work begins! First, we’ll meet over video for 60 minutes to go over the plan and answer any questions. Next, you will begin implementing the plan with my full support behind you for the next two weeks. During our time together I will do daily check-ins, answer your questions and troubleshoot any challenges that come up. At the end, we’ll celebrate our success and make sure your family is set up to continue getting restful sleep with a 30 minute wrap up call.
With your family’s goals and parenting style in mind, I will write a personalized sleep plan. This will lay out a detailed plan and equip you with all the tools you’ll need to teach your child to sleep 10+ hours at night.
You’ll receive a form to fill out that provides me with a comprehensive and in-depth understanding of your family’s sleep situation and goals.
A 15 minute no cost consultation for us to get acquainted. I learn a little bit about the struggles your family is having around sleep and what your goals are. I will answer any questions you have about the process and discuss what it’s like working together.

This is for you if your child is already falling asleep on their own, and you need help with:
- new sleep challenges (illness, regressions, travel)
- nap transitions and challenges
