How i can help
I’m Beth and I am a certified pediatric sleep consultant based in Reno, Nevada. When I am not helping families with sleep, I work as a Nurse Practitioner in a family medicine clinic. My passion is sleep and my goal is to work with your unique parenting style to guide and coach you in teaching your child to fall asleep independently. I will work with you to develop a personalized sleep plan so we can get everyone in your home better sleep. The goal is longer stretches of sleep at night, better naps, and a predictable routine.
When your child gets restful sleep, she or he will be happier and thrive in her/his pursuit of learning, playing and growing. Learning this skill will profoundly impact not just your child, but also you as a parent. You too will get more restful sleep so that you may approach your role as a both a parent and everything else you do with more energy.
